Cyclone coming! The Dominion Meteorologist has told us that a cyclone is due over the New Year. When this sort of cyclone arrives, with rain, wind and hail, people rush indoor and wisely stay there. We predict another variety of cyclone, one that people will rush to town to welcome. It is Smith’s annual cyclone of value-giving—and unlike most cyclones it will arrive without fail at the expected time—9 o’clock on Thursday morning.
