BOGEY MATCH AT OTATARA. Excellent conditions prevailed on Saturday for the playing of the Cuthbertson Memorial Bogey foursomes. It was generally thought that three down would be good enough to gain first place, but some particularly good cards were returned and the predictions completely upset. The winners turned up in I. Carr and J. A. Doig, who put up the excellent performance of finishing one up. A E. Smith and H. Smith, two down, were second, while D. Palmer and G. Tangney tied with J. F. Lillicrap and A. OwenJohnston for third place, finishing four down. The winners took the 6th in 4 (bogey 5), the 17th in 3 (bogey 5), and the 15th and 16th in one under bogey figures. QUEEN’S PARK CLUB. The bogey match, concluded on the Park on Saturday, brought out a large field. The senior division was headed by G. Tapper, who finished one down. Among the juniors F. H. Hughes took first place, finishing one up, with S. F. Smith, all square, next. QUEEN’S PARK LADIES’ CLUB. DRAW FOR TO-DAY’S MATCH.
