PRINCE OF WALES
VISIT TO PARIS. Rugby, July 8. The Prince of Wales had an enthusiastic reception on his arrival to-day in Paris, where this afternoon he laid the foundation stone of a hostel for British students in the new University city 'which is being erected on the southern edge of Paris. The Prince afterwards lunched at the Elysee with President Doumergue and numerous distinguished guests. The Prince is fulfilling several other engagements and is being extensively feted during his short stay.—British Official Wireless.
