SUPREME COURT
WELLINGTON SESSION. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, July 8. The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr. Justice Ostler:— William Guthrie Smith, burglary and theft of rings from a jeweller at Dannevirke, reformative for not more than three years. Hugh Goodlet, burglary at Gisborne, reformative for not more than five years. John Bernard MacDonald, burglary at Petone, reformative for not more than two years.
Henry Mitchell, defalcations at Taihape, nine months’ hard labour.
