ELECTION METHODS

MAKING A MAJORITY SECURE. (Rec. 10.25 p.m.) London, July 8. The Daily Mail’s Vienna correspondent says that reports from Bucharest describe extraordinary methods to ensure M. Bratiano’s victory at the general election. Opposition meetings are forbidden throughout the country and election literature has been confiscated. Others have been refused voting papers on various pretexts.—Sun Cable.
