The Southland Clans
WISTARIA CLAN. A meeting of the Wistaria Clan was held in the Church of Christ Hall on Friday, June 24, to decide the form of future meetings. It was decided to begin sewing for the bazaar on Friday, and, to relieve the monotony of sewing for two hours, one of the clan is to read different stories from the books provided. We wish to ask Cousin Betty if we may have the same stall at the bazaar as we had last year namely, the Sweet Stall. As we need more members for this clan, we ask all intending members to be at the hall at 7 o’clock sharp next Friday night. —Cousin Muriel Grace. Members of the Kamahi, Lilac and Broadleaf Clans are reminded of their joint meeting in the St. John’s Hall this afternoon (Saturday) at 2 p.m. sharp. Will they please bring their work. —Cousin Betty.
