SOLDIERS MUTINY
FRENCH RESERVISTS CAUSE TROUBLE. SEVEN HUNDRED DETAINED. Paris, June 19. Reservists of the 95th and 105th regiments mutinied at Le Bourget. They sang revolutionary songs and tried to rescue comrades who were imprisoned in the cells for overstaying their leave. After an inquiry General Nollet sent 700 mutineers under an armed escort to Mailly camp at Marseilles, which is the base for sending soldiers overseas to the notorious penal battalion known as the “Regiment of Naughty Boys.”—A. and N.Z.
