MR COSGRAVE UNABLE TO FORM GOVERNMENT. London, June 16. Mr W. T. Cosgrave, President of the Executive Council of the Irish Free State, announces that he is not forming a Government owing to his party being in a minority.—Sun Cable. LAST OPPOSITION IN POWER. The Times states that 88 candidates in the Irish Free State elections forfeited their deposits of £lOO in failing to secure the quota of votes necessary to secure election. —Times.
