ELDERLY WOMAN’S END. (Per United Press Association.) Gisborne, June 16. Under lonely circumstances the death occurred of a widow named Ema Curtis, 60 years of age, who had been living by herself in a whare at Te Hapara for a number of years. A visitor to the whare found Mrs Curtis in an unconscious condition and she was conveyed to the hospital, where she died. An inquest will be held.
