UNEMPLOYMENT
RELIEF MEASURES IN DUNEDIN. (Per United Press Association.) Dunedin, June 15. The City Council at its meeting to-night decided to give public notice of its intention to apply for a loan of £5,000 to cover the cost of works for all unemployed. A special meeting of the Finance Committee will be held to-day to give further consideration to the proposal and a special meeting of the city council will be called later.
