EPITAPH TO A COLD, WRITTEN ON A MARSHALL’S INFLUENZA MIXTURE LABEL. 5.30 p.m.—The usual sniffs, snuffles, sneezes, hoarseness and sore throat heralded the approach of a cold. 5.44 p.m.—Sent young brother out for a bottle of MARSHALL’S. 6 o’clock.—Took a dose of the Mixture. 8 o’clock. —More Mixture; went to bed. 10 o’clock.—More Mixture; less cold.
