Dame Ethel Smyth, the well-known musical composer, is also a keen traveller, and will shortly publish a work, “A ThreeLegged Tour in Greece,” full of observation and reflection concerning that ancient land in this our day. Heinemann, who announces the work, publishes also within the next few weeks, “Tampico,” by Joseph Hergeshiemer, who finds his title in the circumstance that the tale is laid in Mexico. ,
