London, March 2. An international cocktail-mixing contest at Vienna attracted 120 entrants, including two Scottish, several English, and many American competitors. The juries comprised eight people, each of whom sampled eight cocktails. Fresh juries were empanelled every 15 minutes. —Sun Special.
