DISSATISFACTION IN FRANCE. FEARS OF GERMAN ASCENDANCY. Paris, April 4. Great discontent prevails in France over the disparity between the appropriations of Germany and France for the encouragement of commercial aviation. Whereas the German Government voted £3,500,000, the French Government only asked for £604,000. —A. and N.Z.
