RUMOURED RESIGNATIONS. A DENIAL ISSUED. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, April 4. There has been a report in circulation that the members of the Railway Board have resigned and that the chairman has been offered and accepted an important position.

Seen by a Post representative in regard to the rumour the chairman of the board, Mr F. J. Jones, stated that it was the first he had heard of this, and that it was absolutely incorrect.
