FORTY HOUR WEEK
DEMAND BY QUEENSLAND STRIKERS,
(Roc. 5.5 p.m.) Brisbane, February 28. A mass meeting of the building trade strikers decided that unless the forty-hour week were granted within a fortnight, a demand will be made for forty-four hours’ pay for a forty-hours week.—A. and N.Z.
