FIGHTING LABOUR IN NB.W. NATIONALISTS AND COUNTRY PARTY NEGOTIATING. (Rec. 9.36 p.m.) Sydney, December 1. At the annual conference of the Nationalist Party Mr Bavin informed the delegates that he had been in negotiation with the leader of the Country Party and was confident of completing a satisfactory agreement for mutual co-operatiion, and the elimination of duplication and disunity in the selection of candidates for particular seats would be arrived at, thus presenting a united front to the Labour Party at the elections. —A. and NJZ.
