BIG INCREASE IN PRODUCTION. Moscow, October 28. Rykoff told the All Russian Communist Conference that coal production in the Don basin had increased during two years to 17,000,000 tons, and Russian industries last year yielded a profit of 500,000,000 roubles. —A. and N.Z.
