MOUNTED POLICE ADMIRED (Rec. 85 pjn.) Ottawa, October 27. On arrival at Montreal station this morning Queen Marie of Rumania, cast admiring eyes on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police who formed lines through which she walked to her automobile and drove through crowded streets to pay an official call on the Mayor at the City Hall. Later the Queen made a tour of the city by motor and attended the theatre in the evening.— A. & NX
