The Oreti, which arrived at Dunedin from Port Craig on Sunday, will leave on the return trip to-morrow. The West Islip is due to leave Dunedin to-day for Bluff. From the latter port she will proceed to Hobart to discharge. The Wingatui is expected to arrive at Dunedin on Thursday from Auckland and East Coast ports. She will discharge a quantity of general cargo and will then proceed to Bluff. Advice has been received that the Union steamer Whangape will leave Sydney about Wednesday next for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton and Timaru. The vessel is due at Bluff about November 1. The West Henshaw was timed to leave Los Angeles on Saturday for Auckland, Napier, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. The Huntingdon, with cargo from Liverpool, is expected at Bluff next Thursday. Invercargill cargo is to be transhipped at Port Chalmers. The steamer Baron Jedburgh arrived at Auckland on Sunday from Cuba with a cargo of raw sugar. She is a vessel of 2,684 tons and is owned by the Hogarth Shipping Company, Limited. She was built in 1912. It is announced that the Mamari will leave Port Chalmers on November 24 for Timaru, thence calling at Bluff and Wellington to load for England. She will return to Port Chalmers to complete loading, and is scheduled to sail finally from this port on December 17 for London. She will call at Punt-a Arenas to load live stock.

The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s new liner Taramoa, which is on her first voyage to New Zealand, and which arrived at Port Chalmers on Sunday, is a vessel of 12,355 tons. She will commence Homeward loading at Port Chalmers and will sail on November 2 for Lyttelton, Napier and Wellington to complete Homeward loading. She is expected to leave Wellington on November 24 for Southampton and London, via Panama and Curacao. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE.
