DEATH PENALTY
THE PERTH MURDER. RENNIE HANGED. Perth, August 3. Royston Rennie has been hanged.—A. and N.Z. Rennie was a train bandit who, on June 4, fatally shot a young bank clerk and injured his companion by striking him with a revolver. Rennie then seized a bag containing money and leaped off the train, being pursued and captured.
