WRIT AGAINST SYDNEY CORPORATION ATTORNEY-GENERAL’S ACTION. Sydney, August 3. The Federal Attorney-General (Mr J. G. Latham) has issued out of the High Court a writ against the Sydney City Council and the Commonwealth Shipping Board to restrain the council from giving certain contracts to the Slipping Board and to restrain the board from accepting the contracts.
