TRAIN SERVICE. DEPUTATION TO TRAFFIC MANAGER. (From Our Correspondence.) Pursuant to the resolution of the Bluff Borough Council, a deputation consisting of Messrs W. Hinchey, Mayor of Bluff, J. S. A. McDougall and W. B. Dixon, waited on Mr Hessell, District Traffic Manager, on Saturday and discussed the Bluff train service with him. An arrangement was come to which was believed would be satisfactory and this will be submitted to a meeting of residents to be called this week, and if accepted, will form the subject of a recommendation to headquarters.
