INTERESTING DISCOVERY AT COLOGNE. London, April 30. The Times’s Cologne correspondent states that great importance is attached to the discovery in a sports park of an historic Roman settlement dating A.D. and comprising eight buildings believed to include the best preserved Roman manor yet unearthed. —Times Service.
