The conference of the Victorian Labour Party passed a resolution excluding Communists from membership of the party.— A. and N.Z. COMMONWEALTH REVENUE. (Rec. 10 p.m.) Melbourne, Apr. 6. A substantial surplus of Commonwealth revenue is anticipated at the end of the financial year. The Customs revenue for the nine months total £29,910,872, compared with the estimate of £27,900,000. —A. and N.Z.
