LABOUR WINS
Bothwell bye-election. (Rec. 5.5 pm.) London, March 27. The Bothwell bye-election resulted in the return of Mr I. Sullivan (Labour), 14,830. Mr A M. Mackay, K.C. (Conservative), 8,740, and Mr E. Young (liberal), 1,276, were the other candidates. The vacancy was caused by the death of Mr John Robertson (Labour).—A. 4 N.Z.
