MOROCCAN WAR

A STRANGE STORY. LETTISH OFFICER ARRESTED. London, March 25. The Tetuan correspondent of The Times states that Otto Leltin, an ex-Colonel of the Lett army, and a German war correspondent, while attempting to enter Riff territory disguised as a native, was wounded and captured by the Spanish. He has been imprisoned for four months awaiting trial, the Spaniards contending he is an ex-Ger-man officer of unsatisfactory antecedents, and was attempting to join Krim’s band of European adventurers.—Sun Cable.
