PRIVY COUNCIL

APPEALS TO BE PRESENTED. AN INVERCARGILL CASE. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, November 27. Three New Zealand appeal cases are to be brought before the Privy Council in London next year and prominent New Zealand counsel will represent the parties. In the case Morgan v. Wright (an Ashburton case), Mr M. J. Gresson (Christchurch), will appear for appellant and Mr M. Myers (Wellington), for respondent. In another case, the appeal of Distributors, Ltd., Mr Gresson will be with Mr Myers for appellant. A third case is from Invercargill, Wilkinson v. Bissett.
