WIRELESS SETS
PROSECUTIONS UNDER NEW ACT. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Reuter’s Telegrams.) LONDON, October 23. (Received October 25, 5.5 pjn.) The first prosecution under the Act laying down that owners of wireless receiving sets must take out a license, occurred at South London, when a householder was bound over on a charge of installing a working wireless receiving apparatus without a license.
