EXCHANGE OF OFFICERS IN THE FAR EAST. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association ) GENEVA, October 22. (Received October 23, 5.5 pjn.) The exchange of Public Health Officers in the Far East, instituted by the Hygiene Committee of the League of Nations began at Tokio on November 19, and will be concluded at Dairen on December 4. Seventeen officials are involved from the Public Health Departments of Australia, China, Malay States, Hongkong, India, Dutch Indies, Indo-China, Japan, New Zealand, PhilJippines and Russia.
