The Daily Mail discloses a secret document in which M. Zinoviev declares that Bolshevism can only be kept alive by revolutionary activities abroad, in view of the set-backs in many lands. He is of the opinion that Britain is the most promising field for intrigue, and advises his followers to concentrate on Britain. SCENES IN HYDE PARK. COMMUNISTS RUSH POLICE. LONDON, June 14. A crowd numbering thousands watched wild scenes in Hyde Park at midnight, when the Communists, believing that the police had arrested one of their number, attempted a rescue. The Fascist! aided the police, marching alongside them to the police station. The Communists made three ugly rushes, and the police made a baton charge, in which many were injured and five arrests were made. MOSCOW’S MACHINATIONS. HOME SECRETARY’S APPEAL. LONDON, June 14. Speaking at Chatworth, the Home Secretary (Sir W. Joynson-Hicks) expressed the definite conviction that the Moscow Government was financing the British Communist movement.
