(Supplied by General Post Office.) TO-DAY (SATURDAY). Mails for Port Craig will now close to-day (Saturday), at 1 p.m., for despatch by s.s. Oreti from Invercargill wharf. Mails fcr Great Britain, Ireland, Continent of Europe, Canada, United States of America, Mexico, West Indies; also Fiji, Hawaiian Islands and Japan, close at C.P.O. on Saturday, March 14, at 5.25 a.m. for despatch by ms. Aorangi from Auckland to Vancouver. Mail due in London on April 16. INCOMING OVERSEAS MAIL. The s.s. Tahiti, from San Francisco, is due to arrive at Wellington on Monday next, March 16. She brings British and American mails, and the Invercargill portion should reach here by Tuesday night’s express train. MONDAY, MARCH 16. Mails for Australia, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Egypt, South Africa, etc., close at C.P.O. on Monday, March 16, at 5.25 a.m., for despatch by Tahiti, from Wellington to Sydney. WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18. Mails for Chatham Islands close at C.P.O. on Wednesday, March 18, at 5.25 a-m., for despatch by s.s. Tees from Timaru. G. R. COOPER, Chief Postmaster.
