BEST HAIR SHAMPOO IS ONE WITHOUT SOAP. Did you ever stop to think that ycur hair looks wretchedly bad, simply because you wash it too often? We all like to have lovely clean hair, but most soaps and readymixed shampoos contain too much alkali, which dries the scalp and makes the hair brittle and lifeless. They also coat the strands with sticky matter that collects dirt quickly, requiring another wash sooner than convenient. For regular use there is nothing to equal just plain colinated cocoanut oil (a pure, saponified, but quite greaseless liquid' which is far better than the most costly, heavily perfumed (but alkali laden > soap you could use. A couple of teaspoonfulls cleanses the hair from roots to tips—completely. Merely wet the hair with water and rub it through. A copious amount of rich, heavy, creamy lather collects every sign of dust, dirt, dandruff or excess oil; and it rinses out very easily. The hair dries rapidly and uniformly, leaving the scalp soft and cocl, and the hair fine and silky, brilliant, glossy and fluffy. You should have no difficulty in getting colinated cocoanut oil from any chemist, —but be sure it’s “colinated.” This is not at all expensive and will last all the family a long time. Sister will like it immensely, because it leaves the hair as easy to dress as though it hadn’s been washed at all. (IMPORTANT. —Do not confuse Colinated Cocoanut Oil with cheap and sticky emulsified cocoanut oils, or raw r cocoanut oils. There is only one genuine Colinated Cocoanut Oil, non-greasy, and is compounded only by the International Laboratories. Look for the maker’s name on every bottle | to secure satisfaction.)
