SUPERANNUATION
GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES. (Our Parliamentary Reporter). WELLINGTON, November 6. Subsidies by the State to superannuation funds are notified in the Supplementary Estimates as under:— Railways fund £BO,OOO, Public Service fund £50,948, Teachers’ fund £25,000, total £155,948. There is also voted an additional cost of living bonus to annuitants under the three above funds and to other persons in receipt of retiring allowances, the vote to superannuitants being £6585. Annual grants to widows, etc., amount to £15,915, a total of £22,500.
