RESTORATION URGED. (Reuter’s Telegram.) BERLIN, October 28/ In the course of an address to the Centre Party Dr Marx demanded that Germany should be freed from military supervision and Germany’s colonies restored, thus enabling her to obtain raw materials in exchange for manufactured goods. Dr Marx described Germany’s responsibility for the war as a fairy tale and expressed Germany’s willingness to co-operate in disarmament.
