NORWAY’S EXPERIENCE. A SIMILAR LETTER TO ZINOVIEV’S.

CHRISTIANIA, October 29. A newspaper states that during the general strike six months ago, the Moscow Soviet Executive sent a letter to the Norwegian Cbmmunist headquarters couched in terms almost identical with those contained in Zinoviev’s letter. MISSION TO RUSSIA LABOUR DELEGATIOxN TO INQUIRE. LONDON, October 29. The Central News states that Mr A A Purcell (Member for Coventry in the last Parliament} will head the Trade Union delegation which leaves for Moscow on November 7 to investigate the Zinoviev letter. FRANCE AND RUSSIA. QUESTION OF PAYING DEBTS. PARIS, October 29. (Received October 30, 11 pun.) The Tunes correspondent, commenting on France’s de jure recognition of Soviet Russia, says that the general view is that the recognition is merely a formal step intended to hasten the discussion of the real question, which is whether the Soviet Government means to pay its debts.
