CANADIAN LOAN
BIG FINANCIAL OPERATIONS. (B; Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) OTTAWA, September 22. (Received September 23, 11 p.m.) The Dominion of Canada is offering a loan of 50,000,000 dollars at four and a-half per cent to the Canadian public to-day. Success is assured through the reception of a loan of 90,000,000 dollars floated a few days ago in New York.
