Moeraki, Melbourne, September 20. Wanaka, Dunedin, September 20. NOTES. The Port Denison berthed early yesterday morning from Port Kembla to load meat, wool and tallow for London. She is expected to sail on Saturday for Lyttelton for further loading, later calling at Napier, Gisborne and Wellington. The Tremere completed discharge yesterday morning of her case oil and general cargo from New York, and sailed at noon for Port Kembla. The Kotare, which arrived on Wednesday evening with general cargo from Dunedin, sailed again last night for Port Craig, where she will load timber for Dunedin.

The Whangape berthed early this morning with cargo from Sydney and Newcastle, via Lyttelton, Dunedin and Oamaru. She is taking cargo for Australia, and sails for Sydney direct on Monday. The Calm is now expected on Monday from Lyttelton, instead of to-morrow, and will discharge and load general cargo, sailing the same night for Dunedin and the north.

The Canadian Britisher is due at Bluff on Tuesday next from Adelaide, and will load cargo for American and Canadian ports. From here she goes to Dunedin and northern ports. The Waipori, which was to load coal this week at Greymouth and Westport for Oamaru, Dunedin and Bluff, has been replaced by the Kakapo, which is due here about the end of next week. The Wanaka, with general cargo and transhipments, leaves Auckland to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. She should arrive cn Friday next, and after discharge loads for northern ports. The Moeraki left Melbourne on Tuesday for Wellington, where she is due on Monday. She sails the following day for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff, and is due here next Friday. She will sail for Melbourne direct the following day, and is due back here from the Victorian port about October 5. The Kaitoke was to leave Wallaroo, South Australia, yesterday, loaded with wheat for discharge at Bluff, Dunedin and Wellington. She is due here next Friday. The lonic is expected here to-morrow from Lyttelton to commence loading for the United Kingdom. She leaves on Monday for Napier and completes loading at Wellington, sailing finally from that port on September 27 for Southampton and London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe. THE ORARI. The Federal Company reports that cabled information has been received intimating that the Orari, bound from Liverpool to Auckland, cleared Panama on September 1. She is due at Auckland on September 21, and after discharging part cargo at Auckland, will subsequently unload at Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and New Plymouth. THE MATATUA’S CARGO. Further cargo from the Matatua, which met with an accident in the English Channel, arrived at Auckland by the Mamari, and at Wellington by the lonic. SUSSEX FROM CALCUTTA. The Sussex, from Calcutta, via Samarang and Singapore, which arrived at Auckland on Monday, will continue discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. THE RIO CLARO. The steamer Rio Claro, which recently discharged cargo from New York at Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff, left Westport on Monday for Ocean Island. The vessel has been chartered to load phosphates at Ocean Island for an Australian port. RECORD OIL SHIPMENT. By the Tremere which left Bluff yesterday for Port Kembla, was landed a consignment of oil which, in point of quantity, constitutes a record for the port. Thia was a shipment for the Vacuum Oil Co., and consisted of over 38,000 cases of motor spirits and kerosene, and 10,000 gallons of lubrication oil. LOWANA AT AUCKLAND. The Lowana, from Montreal and Newport News, arrived at Auckland on Monday. The vessel has part cargo m land at Auckland, and will later discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin. She should arrive at Wellington on Monday next.

MAIMOA FROM LIVERPOOL. The National Mortgage and Agency Company advises that the Shaw, Savill and Albion Line steamer Maimoa, from Liverpool via New Zealand porta, is to leave Lyttelton on Saturday, and will berth at Dunedin on Sunday to complete discharge. She commences leading there, then proceeds to Port Chalmers for further Homeward loading, thence northern ports, completing finally at Auckland on October 11. THE NIRPURA. Coming to the agency of the New Zealand Shipping Company, the steamer Nirpura is due at Auckland from New York; but no wireless has yet been received from the vessel. She sailed on August 6 with cargo to discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. SHAW SAVILL & ALBION LINE. MOVEMENTS OF STEAMERS. The National Mortgage & Agency Co., Ltd., local agents, advise the following movements of the Shaw Savill and Albion Co.’s steamersThe lonic, now discharging and loading at Lyttelton, is due at Bluff to-morrow for loading. She later goes to Napier and is due at Wellington September 21, and is to sail at daybreak on September 27 for Southampton and London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe. The Mahana sailed from Liverpool on Saturday afternoon last with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She should be at Auckland on October 12 and at Wellington October 20. The Maimoa, now discharging Home cargo at Wellington, has been delayed by rain, and is now to leave to-day to discharge and commence loading at Lyttelton and Dunedin. She will later take in cargo at Napier, Gisborne, and Wellington, and is due there on September 28. The Maimoa will leave again on October 2 for completion at Wanganui and Auckland, and is to sail from the latter port on October 11 for London, via Teneriffe. The Mamari is to leave Napier to-day for Dune p: n and Nelson to discharge and load. She will then load at Wanganui,.
