SPAIN IN MOROCCO
SPANISH EVACUATE POSITIONS. EX-CLERK AS REBEL LEADER. (Times.) MADRID, September 10. (Received September 11, at 2 a.m.) General de Rivera announces the evacuation of a number of Spanish positions in Morocco without loss. The Dictator states that Spain is having to deal with a general rising of fanatical mountain clans, led by Abdel Krim, who, a few years ago was a clerk at Madrid.
