THE TROUBLE WITH THE COLURUMS (Reuters Telegrams.) MANILA, February 13. (Received February 14, 10.0 p.m.) Some c;00 constabulary are bombarding 400 Colurums entrenched on Bucas Island. According to unofficial advice, a delegation of Moro chiefs called on General Wood and requested him to forward to Congress a resolution that Mindanas should remain under the sovereignity of the United States.
