The next mail from the United Kingdom via San Francisco is due at Invercargill about February 16, per s.s. Tahiti. On and after Tuesday, 12th February, mails for centres north of Dunedin will close at 5.25 a.m. and 12.50 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays only. The next despatch via San Francisco of correspondence for United Kingdom and Continent of Europe will be per s.s. Tahiti, dosing here about March 1. FEBRUARY 14. Mails for Australian States, Egypt, South Africa and The East close at Chief Post Off.cc at 12.50 p.m. on Thursday, 14th February for despatch per s.s. Tahiti from Wellington to Sydney. FEBRUARY 19. Mails for United Kingdom and Continent of Europe (specially addressed correspondence only) also South America and Teneriffe close at Chief Post Office on Tuesday, 19th February, at 2 p.m. for despatch per s.s. Tairoa from Bluff via Montevideo. FEBRUARY 26. Mads for United Kingdom and Continent of Europe (specially addressed correspondence only) Cristobal, Panama Canal, Central America, etc., close at Chief Post Office at 12.50 p.m. on Tuesday, 26th February. for despatch per sis.
