GERMAN ATTEMPTS TO RECAPTURE IT (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) NEW YORK, December 15. (Received December 16, 5 p.m.) The Chemical Manufacturers’ Association announce that constant vigilance will be required to prevent German dye industries from getting control of American factories with the aim of recapturing the world’s dye monopoly. The United States should prevent this at any cost.
