(Supplied by General Post Office). Mails from United Kingdom are expected to reach Invercargill about January’ 2, ex H.M.S. Niagara from Vancouver. On and after the 15th inst., mails for Dunedin and the North will close at Chief Post Office daily at 5.25 a.m.; also for Dunedin and intermediate offices at 12.50 p.m. daily. The next despatch for correspondence addressed to United Kingdom, Continent of Europe and North America, via San Francisco will be per R.M.S. Tahiti, closing at Wellington about January 1, 1924. DECEMBER 18. Mails for Australia, Egypt, South Africa, The East and Fanning Island close at Chief Post Office at 5.25 a.m. on Tuesday, 18th December, for despatch by s.s. aMnuka from Auckland to Sydney. Mails for Pitcairn Island, Cristobal, United Kingdom and Continent cf Europe close at Chief Post Office at 5.25 a.m. on Tuesday, December 18, for despatch by s.s. Rimutaka from Lyttelton via Panama. Mails for United Kingdom and Contin ent of Europe; also Montevideo and Teneriffe close at Chief Post Office on Tuesday, December 18, at 5.25 a.m., for despatch by s.s. Arawa from Wellington. G. R.
