PARIS POLICE AGITATE
CLASH WITH MUNICIPAL GUARD. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) PARIS, December 12. About 800 policemen in mufti made a demonstration outside the City Hall. Prefect Guichard failed to persuade them to disperse, and in marching towards the Chamber of Deputies, they came into collision with the Municipal Guard. Guichard and other police officials were wounded. Many demonstrators were arrested.
