CHINESE REBELLION
CANTON CUSTOMS IN JEOPARDY. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright.) PEKIN, December 5. Advices from Canton state that Dr. Sun Yat Sen, has announced his definite intention to seize the Canton Customs revenue within a few days without informing foreign Consuls beforehand. Dr. Sun Yat Sen alleges that the Pekin Government is using money collected in Kwangtung.
