CHEMIST'S ASSISTANT FOUND DEAD. (Per United Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, June 21 The dead body of a young man, Walter Hall, employed in a local chemist’s shop, was found when the premises were opened this morning. An inquest was opened and adjourned. The deceased served in the N.Z.M.C. during the late war, and was on the hospital ship Maheno during the evacuation of wounded from Gallipoli base hospitals.
