In the Supreme Court George King, charger! with forging two Government vouchers while overseer of the Public Works Department was found guilty on two charges. Sentence was deferred pending the hearing of further charges. Arthur Benjamin Capper, for blackmail, was admitted to probation for two years. Accused demanded money from a young man who he alleged assaulted his daughter The young man was acquitted on a charge <of assaulting the girl.
