AFGHAN FRONTIER OPERATIONS (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright). DELHI, June 18. The British Government has expressed regret and offered compensation to the Afghan Government in connection with the inadvertent violation of the frontier during air operations against the Waziris tribesmen, when bombs fell on the Afghan side of the frontier, killing two and wounding fao Afrhans.
