STORY OF HAVING KILLED GIRL DISCOUNTED. FUNERAL OF VICTIM. \ (Per United Preaa Association). ASHBURTON, June 18. The police investigated Kissel's statement that ho murdered a girl named Elsie Prestige a former schoolmate. No such girl is known to be residing in Canterbury. The statement is believed to be a delusion, especially as Kissel at night time raves about, killing horses.
