PREPARATIONS FOR SESSION. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright). MELBOURNE, June' 12. The Federal Ministry sat during the afternoon and evening, arriving at a final decision in regard to the programme for the session opening* on Wednesday. Mr Bruce announced that Tasmania had agreed to the financial proposals. He did not announce when the proposals would be brought before Parliament, but reference would be made in the Governor-General’B speech. It is understood Mr Bruce is determined not to go back on the decision not to leave Australia while the session is sitting unless the Government is guaranteed immunity from attack during his absence.
